Home Network not connecting with other computers using Microsoft logon

My home network does not work properly. All computers are running Win10 with latest updates.

I have four computers on the network, but they don't all see each other.
On one computer I use the Microsoft account login, and on the others I just use the standard login and password.

The computer with the Microsoft login does not see any other computer on the network. If I open the "This PC" view and click on the network folder icon there are no other computers shown.

My question is "should the computer with the Microsoft login be able to network with the other home computers that are not using the Microsoft login?" Do they all need to be the setup the same (all Microsoft, or all Local)?

    Hi, consider first:
Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10
ensuring you've reviewed option 1 carefully for each PC.

The tutorial also addresses the matter of permissions.

    Then also consider:
Turn On or Off Public Folder Sharing in Windows 10

Note that it may take up to 30 mins after logging in or resuming a PC before it an be 'seen' by others on the network. This delay can be eliminated by running a small script on log on as is posted elsewhere on tenforums.
