what to do against RlinkLinuxClient and unrecognized phones appearing on network?

Your windows is way out of date and out of support update. Are you seeing phones logged into the network or just picking up them as networks close?
I cannot upgrade windows until I'm suremy 6TB will be readable on newer versions
updating to 1909 yielded unallocated area for this disk.
The disk was tested by hard disk sentinel, minitools partition wizard and even chkdsk and was found a-ok on 1809
After changing network name and password I no longer see any unfamiliar phones or RalinkLinuxClient
