Windows networking shared folders not showing up

We have a home networking router (Netgear Nighthawk R7000P) setup with 3 PCs (2 are Win 10 Home, 1 is Win 7 Home) connected with ethernet, two Win 10 Home laptops connected via wifi.

Here is the current state of affairs, under Explorer>Network:

The Dell Win 7 PC can see all shared devices.

The LG Win 10 laptop can see itself and the Dell Win 7 PC

The Ibuypower Win 10 PC can see the Dell Win 7 PC and the LG Laptop (not itself)

The Lenovo Win 10 laptop can see the LG Laptop but the Dell Win 7 machine only as a media device

The Lenovo Win 10 desktop can see the Dell Win 7 PC and the LG Laptop

We have checked all the usual troubleshooting steps- network is set to private on all computers, sharing is enabled for various folders on all computers, Network discovery and file and printer sharing are turned on.

According to Microsoft that is all it should take, right?

Went into services.msc on all systems and made sure that:

Function Discovery Resource Publication is set to Auto
SSDP Discovery is set to Auto
UPnP Device Host is set to Auto

I'm not a total newbie (my first network was setting up Lantastic 6.0 at an old employer) and this is just weird. It must be something simple that I am not seeing, but damned if I can figure it out. What is really odd is that the Windows 7 machine is the one with everything working...

I'd love to figure this out, but need help.

Hi, see these and review settings:
Enable or Disable SMB1 File Sharing Protocol in Windows
Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10

and try this bat file by Ztruker (attached)

Networking in Win 10 is fragile. Even when correctly configured it can take up to 30 mins for a resumed or booted PC to be 'seen'. Running a tiny script on logging on can help with that.

    Having the same problem

I am having the same problem. Shown below is a snapshot from lanscan. Main and Shop are the only 2 computers, both are running Win 10 Pro. WAC124 is a router configured as an Access Point(Netgear model WAC124). I have no idea why it could be acting as a Browser. SMB1 is disabled on Main and Shop so I don't understand why the browser function is working at all. WDMYCLOUD is a NAS probably running Samba. The Epson is a network printer. I ran the Ztrucker bat file and it did nothing. I have confirmed all the services are set properly per the previous post. On both computers the only thing that shows up under Explorer>Network is Shop. Any help would be appreciated.
