    So,

    1. Is it showing all well in Windows Security ?

    2. Turn On Security and Maintenance Messages , Restart & Look there for alerts / messages. What are the installed security programs ? Are there multiple security programs turned on for the same function ?

    3. Is Edge allowed in the firewall program ? for eg. Allowing a program in Windows Defender Firewall

    4. Launch security programs & see the status. Complete the pending steps if any!

    5. You should try DISM from Elevated Command Prompt

I expect you to run & check with the following command :

    Code:
    Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

    Thanks. ...

It's normal. As soon as you install a 3rd party Antivirus, The Windows Defender Antivirus Functioning will go off & When you install a 3rd party Firewall, The Windows Defender Firewall will go off. Running multiple security programs for the same function ( Antivirus, Firewall, etc. ), is more of a danger than security so they are automatically turned off.

    2. Create the System Information file ( *.nfo ) , Zip the file & Upload it to share.

    3. I believe you have made all Windows Updates.

    4. You should also try Resetting Network Adapters .

    Thanks. ...

I have exactly the same problem! Even not formatting SSD and a completely fresh re-install of Win 10 did not help in my case:
Win 10 internet upload speed only 4 Mbit instead of 40 Mbit!?

What the hell is this and how to solve?
