I Can't See Wife's Computer; Hers Can See MIne

My and my wife's machines are on version 1909 (OS Build 18363.1016).

Real simple problem: on our home network, my wife's machine can browse into my machine and see and change files. My machine can't even see hers.

    I went to this page:

Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10

And did all the things here I was supposed to, and still I can't see her machine:

... and hers can see mine:

Confirmed that we are on the same network.

Is there anything, any setting, beyond the page above I should be checking?

I have not. Never heard of that before. Can you point me to a good resource that discusses it? I'd be most obliged.

OK, that's fair. You were answering me within minutes on the first two, so when you didn't answer me for two days on the third one, I thought maybe you ghosted me.

I tried everything on the page and nothing so far. Everything under her Users folder is on full share and full read/write access for everyone. I don't know that the issue is I can't see files as much as I can't see the computer from the very beginning. That is, the network path is not even found, even though this same machine shows up under "network".

Now, this says "contact the administrator" and all, but again, her computer can see and control all my files without jumping through any of these hoops, and my computer can't see a thing on hers.

To make it even more fun, we have a third computer, a Windows 7 computer, that both machines can see and control, and it can see and control my machine, but it can't see her machine, either. So the issue is definitely her machine.

All users folder have special permission even if you login to the pc with another account you will have problems accessing users folders set up a new folder outside the users profile share that and it should work.

Many folders on windows are owned by system and cant be accessed in order to protect the o/s

I'm not trying to do anything unusual. I'm just trying to access her My Documents folder, just the same as her machine can access my My Documents folder. Is it possible her My Documents folder is owned by her system and refuses to let outside computers see it?
