Is this a new configuration, or was networking previously working?
The shares are fine. I see them on the network tab. This must be the 4th Windows installation including the original. The network worked in installation 1 to 3, but the camera never did and was one of the reason why it was purchased. So, Acer told me to ship it back for repair, under warranty.
After storing the mirror by transferring it to the Desktop. I formatted and installed the OS, for the 4th time. because of concern about data I may have forgotten like web passwords, Google drive, etc., and it was the simplest way to secure it. Also had to remove the login and the extra DDR4 I added. Sent it to Acer last Monday afternoon and got it back unexpectedly by Wendesday. (Will call them next week to find out what was wrong).
Since the 4th install the network denied me access. Phew. . . . ., didn't want to include this story in the 1st post.

@dalchina, the issue Windows 10 v2004 resolved itself after a few days by the powers that be. While waiting for MS solutions, I wiped out Windows and installed Linux Mint. It worked perfectly, but lacked the software with the features used in my projects. In the meanwhile downloaded the Windows 10 2004 .iso and installed it. Windows took over the installation at some point and updated while installing.
The basic installation took 10 minutes, but to personalize was another 30 minutes. It works well so far, as it keeps on updating itself, while I watch the build numbers change.
