Wifi and Bluetooth adapters not working! Ethernet does.

I've been off this (my work) machine for a few months so I can't remember if I was using it on Wifi. I'm certain the wifi once worked as did the BT. However, most of the time I had hardwired ethernet. Yesterday I fired up the machine and WiFi and BT are problematic. What I've done so far:

    I've updated Win10.
    Run Win10's troubleshooter.
I've downloaded and un/installed drivers from Asus and from Realtek. No go.
I've tried several of the online procedures.
Running "control netconnections" shows BT and WIFI broken.

    All have failed.

I've read several items that say Win10 updates can break wifi.

At any rate, after doing what I know, I hoping someone here could help me. I may be starting a new job in the next few days and must get wifi up.

Some laptops had a physical switch to enable/ disable WiFI and most have a function key. Might want to check that.

Open up cmd.exe and run netsh wlan show all, then post the results in a post.

If you unplug the ethernet cable, does the wifi symbol show in the taskbar? Some hardware auto turn off the wifi when ethernet is attached.

I'm not sure what you mean. Where in the procedures is the option to "show all".

Open cmd and enter the following ‘netsh wlan show all’. Like I stated before, you left off show all, which tells the command netsh wlan what you wish to have as an output.

There are two wifi drivers thatare the same. Download the latest. Also check bios settings. Do you have the antenna connected to the motherboard connection on the backplane? If you do not have the manual for the motherboard, see page 3-15. https://static.bhphotovideo.com/lit_files/372737.pdf
