Quick support - alway asks me to login

    This is a typical MS app. Honestly. No way to sign out, no easy way I can see to reset / repair.

    I started looking in Credential Manager. Some new credentials were stored today, I assume as part of my login. Do your generic credentials look the same between a machine that works and doesn't work. It is unfortunate that MS doesn't list the credential with the app name - Quick Assist - where can i check this? .

    Interesting. You sign in with a MS account on this machine. Wonder if their logic is broken and when you mix Skype and MS account does it becomes lost.

    To get to credential manager click start, type credential manager.

    Not that it should matter but have you tried making this machine a local login.
