Set Network Location to Private - Which is most suited method?

I wish to set my Ethernet and WiFi networks to Private, but am having problems doing so.

I'm looking at this Tutorial, Set Network Location to Private or Public in Windows 10 | Windows 10 Tutorials , but can't determine which is the best method to use to ensure success.

.... these show my current WiFi and Ethernet Networks status.

Appreciate clear advice or direction.

All six options mentioned in tutorial do exactly the same, switch network connection to Private and are therefore equal. It's up to you to decide which option to use.

I always do it using Settings app, Option One in tutorial.
