The trace proves you can get out ok but you have a DNS problem set your DNS to 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222 everything should then work fine you don't have any other problems the trace proves that

The computer that I could not boot had two burned out capacitors; that was a Dell OptiPlex 745.
The computer that I am now having trouble with concerning accessing the Internet is also a Dell OptiPlex 745.
The alternate computer that I was using over the past couple of days is also a Dell.

On the bottom of the page is the beta collector.
The beta collector is preferred.

If the above does not work then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste this command. Then use one drive or drop box to post share links into the thread for troubleshooting.

I changed the DNS Settings to those indicated by Samuria.
However, the performance has not changed. I get the Yahoo Home Page quickly, and I can check my Yahoo Mail; however, I still have problems accessing websites.
I Restarted it, and the performance changed. It is now much faster, and I can access all of the Websites I have tried thus far. Also, I can navigate the Windows 10 Forum much faster now, and it does not cut off when I click on "Submit Reply" or "Save Changes."
@Writer - waiting on input from others on your problem but
1) You should put that @username thing in the text of the post, not the title. I got no notification from that one and suspect the others didn't either.
2) What does your desktop connect to network-wise? A modem/router from internet service provider, a router of your own?

I have DSL Service from the provider over the phone line.
Just a few miutes ago, it stopped performing well. I got a lot of "We can't reach that Page" messages, and I couldn't navigate the Windows 10 Forum website. So I restarted the computer again (for the third time), and everything has gone quite well again. I'll have to wait and see how long this lasts.
I just checked a few Websites: I don't know what's going on but now, everything is going "Blitz Schnell."
The performance is not consistent. After I restart it, it runs well for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then it again does not want to access websites; I get the message: "Can't reach this Page." And, if I already have Windows 10 Forum up, it is very slow.
In conjunction with the preceding paragraph: I just restarted it again, and a message came on that said "Windows is Getting things ready" or something to that effect. It told me not to turn the computer off. I'll have to wait and see how things go for the next 10 to 15 minutes.
