What keyword I should use on the Word 2013 Help for my problem?

Search in Help for line spacing or similar.
You might also consider studying how to use Word.
    - Find out what your Word Help contains in that regard but you'll probably find that your Word help is geared up to provide specific information for specific topics rather than being useful for general training.
    - See Word for Windows training - MSSupport

This is what I got when tried to access the Word 2013 Help of mine:

    Line Spacing Problem (Word 2013)-w2013help.png

    What should I do?

    Now back to the problem.
You should see on this .gif file:

    Line Spacing Problem (Word 2013)-tessy.gif

As you can see on the attached .gif, when I set the line spacing at the "First line" by 15 pt, it looks normal.
But why when I set the line spacing at the "NEXTNEWLINE", all of the lines including the "First line", "Second line", and the "Third line" drops too?
All I want is to make change on the "NEXTNEWLINE" only.

    "What should I do?"
You should search online help just as the dialog says.

"when I set the line spacing at the "First line" by 15 pt, it looks normal.
But why when I set the line spacing at the "NEXTNEWLINE", all of the lines including the "First line", "Second line", and the "Third line" drops too?"
Make the NextNewLine a different 'Style' first.
Styles are explained in Word Help.

    Best of luck,
