    Outlook Won't Run without Admin 0xc0000142


    I reintstalled the creators update in place because it would not work by windows update. Outlook is completely broken along with office. I feel like its an OS issue, I get 0xc0000142

    Tried DISM and SFC, do I have to do this all over again, I just got everything running

    Please help.

    Hi jvamos.

    I think the first thing I would do is run MS's tool to completely remove office.

    I would then install it after performing a Clean boot to avoid third party software conflicts during the install.
