"Check your PC before upgrading" in windows update

    Hi guys,
Running Windows 8.1 and am trying to install Windows 10.
I'm getting this message:Click image for larger version.

I've followed these instructions: How to force Windows to start downloading the Windows 10 update files | VentureBeat | Business | by Jeff Grubb Emil Protalinski
This worked on my Windows 7 machine, which is downloading as I am trying to get this tablet to download. If I click on check your pc, it does nothing.

Failure details in windows update are as follows:
    Upgrade to Windows 10 Home
    Installation date: ‎29/‎07/‎2015 5:30 PM
    Installation status: Failed
    Error details: Code C1900200
    Update type: Optional
Install the next version of Windows.

It definitely works. I've installed it on my PC. I put it on a flash drive so I can do my other PC, laptop and tablet.

Solved Nagging "Windows Update" Items in Windows Updates and Activation
I just downloaded Windows latest build 10240 and in the last few Insider Updates many of the issues I had were rectified. Also many of you gave me great information on how to solve the lingering ones. One issue still remains, a nagging one; Windows...
I've installed Build 10041 and upgrade to 10049 three times now, each time I was able to do a search for Windows Update or Sound which would show me the correct results but this time, I'm not getting the right results. In the past I would do a Reset... Would this work on Windows 10? I'll try it and see if it works and report back if it does.
