Partition your drive and try Linux.
The above is totally wrong. Build 14393 is not bloated and you can do what yo did with 1511 Just use that tool and update to it and remove all you want. It is a solid OS and is bug free./There is absolutely nothing for me in Win10 that I did not have in Win7. But my win7 computer croaked and the new one I got had 1511 on it -- it was not my choice. I was able to configure, customize and optimize it to my liking and make it look like 7. I cleaned all the useless but resource consuming bloat. I want to to keep it this way and not let MS decide what will run or not run on my computer. I also have scripts, utilities and methods to clean the bloat that will not work on later versions e.g., I completely eliminated Cortana and Edge and I don't want to see them again. Everything will return for any later version.
You basically need some help but you refused to accept. We don't encourage staying with unsupported Windows version unless you use your machine to play Minesweeper only.
You are creating your own problem by refusing to accept the latest updates. Staying with Windows 7-like environment will not make your life easier. Otherwise, you won't be popping up these questions. My suggestion for you is to go back to Windows 7 because for sure it will be supported far longer than version 1511 of Windows 10.

Please oao, solutions have been mentioned so that things do not get worse. I also am an older fella and certainly not a young guy. I had to learn computers OTJ without any training umpteen years ago and am an intermediate user at best. I volunteer at our senior center and have had to rebuild 3 new Win10 computers because the owners didn't want change or accept the natural progression of the modern systems. Naturally it's your decision on how to want to manage your systems but you will reach a point of counter productivity: it's just a matter of time. I hope you can tell I'm not trying to force anything on you (and neither is any one else) and am attempting to politely promote using your computers in their natural state. Yes there are personal tweaks to adjust in the beginning but just as you have your methods, I do so according to my methods also. Fortunately even as an older person, my Win10 computers run excellently and MSFT WU's and other new items do not hinder me from enjoying my computers. Well I guess I'm stretching my story now but in the end, I just want to wish good luck on your computer usage.
In addition to the post by NavyLcdr ( who appears to be the only one that attempted to answer your question ), there is another way.
If you have a win7/8/8.1 key, Iirc they are accepted by 1511 installation media.
You may be able to get 8 Pro key cheaply. A lot of us bought several when there was an intro offer, think it was $30 or might have been $25, can't recall exactly.
