The Windows 8 ISO is not specific to Acer.

However, with your Serial Number, Model, etc. of your laptop, you can look for the drivers at the Acer website:

Download Drivers and Manuals | Acer Official Site

The apps may be in the Apps Store.

Yes, that's maybe true, that you can find the drivers on Acer's page, but still you don't have the preinstalled apps and OEM information from the factory configuration. :/

To get these, you need to purchase the Reccovery CDs from Acer, or, you can try Post #9 and see if you can access the Recovery partition.

The best option, IMO, is to purchase the Recovery CD from Acer. You can keep the CD for any future issue, if one were to occur.

Maybe I'll try the post #9, because as you said. The recovery DVD is charged. When I wanted a recovery DVD few years ago, it was free and now it's charged :/. But thank you for your support.

    RainbowShaggy,

You are in excellent hands receiving help from Kyhi!!!

Kyhi is very knowledgeable on the use of Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) and Windows Preinstallation Environment (Windows PE).

From what I can tell - this does not look like it was a windows 8 to windows 10 upgrade...

What is your current OS?? and what was the factory OS ???

But try this from cmd prompt (admin)

    diskpart
    select disk 0
    select partition 5
    assign letter=R
    exit

Post pic of "R:" contents and sub folders
