    I opened DM, clicked on Action at the top. No reference to K or how to get to it.

    Your bcd entry is {default} and not {current}

    You could try to boot from USB and how to open Notepad and come back.

    I want that you feel secure/safe when you operate from a PE environment.

    This was meant.

    YES!
    Boot from USB and learn how to open it when you are in PE

    When you find it and you can open it
    stop everything and come back

    No I refresh my brain

    Next step is
    how to find and assign
    c: and S:
    in
    bcdboot c:\windows /s S: /f UEFI

    This is only needed for the case you get bootproblems after the operation

    Guess what? I did the refresh, and now the PC turns off without rebooting automatically. I tried it three times. All good. Are we done?
