What is non-M$ anti-virus? Do you mean an outside product I have on the PC? Is M$ anti-virus their Windows Defender?

If you have only Windows Defender, just run setup.

    @therealsimpsons
Copy this to Notepad as par.txt to your USB

    diskpart
    sel dis 1
    sel par 2
    delete partition override
    sel par 1
    extend
    shrink minimum=1025
    create partition primary
    format quick fs=ntfs label="Recovery"
    set id="de94bba4-06d1-4d40-a16a-bfd50179d6ac"
    gpt attributes=0x8000000000000001
    exit

    Boot from USB

    and at the Beginning press
    Next only one (1) time
in the next Window you see
    at the bottom left corner
repair or s.th. like this I don't know the exact wording.
    A Command prompt Window opens
    type
    notepad
    klick File>Open
and navigate to the USB where you find the above par.txt
open it and move the file a little bit to the right.

    In command prompt x:> type
    diskpart
    list disk

and check if our disk (GPT) (*) is still number 1
If YES, you can copy and paste all the commands from par.txt to X:>

Only (!) if the number has changed to 0 (Zero) change
sel dis 1 to sel dis 0

If you have printer than print it also for security

You can always stop everything by clicking on the red [X] at top right

The PC is still auto re-booting.

    YES looks good
    C:\Windows\System32>
    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v FirmwareBootDevice
    and
    bcdedit

    In Explorer doubleclick on K:
What do you get when you rightclick in Diskmanagement on (K:)
    possible to delete?

There is a WIN 11 Forum, but we bring this to an happy end here

    I also suggest to run

    C:\Windows\System32>sfc /scannow

    C:\Windows\System32>
    reg query HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control /v FirmwareBootDevice
    ?
The above bcdedit output is not complete. The upper part is missing

    No integrity violation
