    Do you see the message Shutting down or a message logging off?

    And look around in your BIOS. We are not in a hurry!

    You should find
    W-B-M
    and
    Windows Boot Manager
    somewhere
    Then you select Windows Boot Manager

    I had to shut down manually. When I do, it says "shutting down", then reboots. I went in to BIOS. I have no idea how to make a screen shot of those screens. I took a picture with my phone.

    I have a Dr appointment in 1 hour, 30 minutes away. I probably won't be here after 30 min, but will be back in about 3:30 pm Central time USA.
