Help i ruined my pc (software)

so... i didnt like win11 and tried switching back to win10, made a bootable usb with rufus win10.iso and started with that.
then when i tried to install win10 and selected my internal drive (its the only drive) i got the error "usb or IEEE 1394 not supported" so i looked up the error and followed the instructions as goes
it appears my drive was locked from bitlocker... the pc is a used laptop i bought on ebay and now i was locked out from the device. i thought okay then simply erase the drive problem solved but no not so easy...
    i did this:
    boot from usb drive
    press Shift + F10
    enter the commands:
    diskpart
    list disk
    select disk #
    clean
i did that with all partitions (except the usb ofc) , now when i boot from usb and reach the progress where you must select a disk there are no results it is all just a blank area, prior before "cleaning" all the partitions with diskpart it did show the disk but i had the error preventing me from installing, now after cleaning.. there is no disk showing up at all...
using the list disk or list volume command with diskpart shows only the usb drive, it is as if the internal hard drive doesnt even exist anymore, as if it vanished, a ghost basically.
i screwed up bigtime. how do i recover the device from here?! i tried all the options from the bootable windows usb but none works, the last idea i had was that the drive doesnt show because it is pure unallocated disk space, if thats correct how do i allocate the diskspace? or maybe thats just another shot in the dark on my end, really screwed up right there...

how do i allocate the diskspace
If that's your question before a clean install... then don't.

Win 10 is installed to unallocated space and creates its own partitions.

See the clean install tutorial - click Tutorials at the top.

    - the first thing to do with such a device unless you know Windows has been professionally clean installed is to wipe the disk and start from scratch anyway, as you've no idea of the history of the device.

Sounds like you need to install the Intel Rapid Storage Technology (IRST) driver during installation.

If you see the message a media driver for your computer is missing (see attached) as stated, on another computer, download The IRST driver Save the driver to the root of your USB Flash drive Windows Installer.

On the troubled computer, after booting to the USB Flash drive Windows Installer, when you get to the part
Where Would You Like to Install Windows? At the message missing a driver, click the Browse button, point it to the IRST driver on your Flash Drive. The Drive will now be showing. Highlight the drive and click Next. Windows will create partitions and format them during the Windows Install.

After a Diskpart clean the drive is unallocated so there is nothing to show.

Or the drive is GPT and OP booted the USB drive as Legacy.

Please edit your profile with ALL your hardware specs. It will help us to help you

    Don't use Rufus.
I suggest you build the USB Win 10 22h2 installation drive using MCT so it can boot as Legacy or UEFI.

Or, if you have the Win 10 22h2 installation iso, build yourself a Win 10 USB installation drive.
Open a CMD window as administrator and type:

    diskpart
list disk (it will list all drives. Identify the USB drive number)
select disk n (replace n by the USB drive number obtained with list disk)
    clean
    convert mbr
    create part primary
    select part 1
    format fs=fat32 quick
    assign
    active
    exit (to exit diskpart)
On Win 10, mount the iso file and copy all files and folders to the USB drive.
The USB will boot as Legacy or UEFI to install as Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT

I can give you the Intel RST drivers but I need to know your hardware specs
