If your laptop is from 2015, a can say your laptop doesn't meet the requirements to have Win 11 (upgrade or clean install).
But it can be done with some workarounds.

On your computer specs there is a Toshiba and one Asus. There is two fields, one for each one.

I've updated the specs. I found a tool called WhyNotWin11 that is supposed to check, but it won't run. I just get an error that says:

    Line 1254 (File "C:\Users\Andy\Downloads\Hardware Downloads\Windows\WhyNotWin11.exe")
Error: The requested action with this object has failed.

If you see my second computer specs I do have a Asus laptop that can be the same as yours.
Don't waste your time. It can't have Win 11 without the workarounds.
I see that you have a HDD. If you want a huge upgrade, install a SSD. I replaced my HDD with a small (128G) SSD for windows and programs and replace the ODD (CD / DVD drive) with a caddy to hold the HDD for data.
A 1T SSD cost around US$ 50 and will make your laptop fly (boots in seconds and open programs at a blink of an eye).

SSDs were costly in 2015, especially for 1TB. This computer didn't come with one and I wouldn't know how to replace the HDD with the SSD. My problem at the moment is the bulging battery. I need to get Win10 installed just for updates. A new Win11 is probably going to be required at some point, but I'm hoping to wait for Win12 or Win13 if I can help it.

Right now, the battery replacement is the most urgent before the laptop is toasted. It's already misshapen. The last time I replaced it, I accidentally tore the connector off the motherboard and had to have it repaired. I'm crossing my fingers that I don't do it again. The battery is on its way and a full backup has been done. The Installation Media has been created. Once I get a look inside, I'll see about the hard drive.

Question, now that you brought that up. If I replace the drive, is MS going to give me hard time about my Windows license because I changed hardware?

No, I've replaced an HDD with an SSD on three different laptops, and upgraded a fourth one to a larger SSD. All are still activated with a digital license. The digital licenses are stored on the MS activation servers and linked to the unique hardware ID of each PC, but the drive plays no part in that hardware ID.

The Windows 10 and 11 Digital License is based on HWID 3. As long as the Windows edition, motherboard and CPU remain the same, once the computer has been activated, all future clean installs with the same edition on that computer will activate automatically. Note that all HWIDs exclude storage media entirely. Thus, on a PC with Windows 10 or 11 activated, you can replace its storage (HDD / SSD) devices with one or more new ones and clean install Windows 10 or 11 on a new disk. Even so, the PC will activate automatically based on that machine’s existing digital license.

once the computer has been activated, all future clean installs with the same edition on that computer will activate automatically.

    Sadly not

Everything I was trying to do just went belly-up. I changed the battery and the connector on the motherboard broke off again. I took it to a different place and they killed the computer as well as the hard drive. They cut the connector off the new battery so I can't even return that.

I just bought a new Dell 7630 to replace it, but all my preparations are for naught.
