If you used the Media Creation Tool then no, there is no Windows 10 Pro for Workstations in the ISO. This is because the MCT makes an ISO that contains an install.esd in the sources folder, and that is designed to be less than 4GB so that it can be stored on a Fat32 formatted USB. A few things are left out, Workstations is one of them.

If you want an ISO that includes the Workstations edition then you need to download an ISO direct from Microsoft, this will contain a larger install.wim in its sources folder. To do that, use Option Two in this tutorial.

Yes, and there is for Windows 11 too. And the same holds true for the install.esd vs. install.wim. Workstation is only found in the directly downloaded Windows 11 ISO.

That would be the case if you used the MCT to make an ISO with an install.esd. If you use the option at Download Windows 11 to download the ISO direct you get an install.wim that has four more editions, including Pro Education and Pro Workstation.
