    Desktop keeps reinstalling same Windows

I'm using windows 10 pro 21h2 and everytime I attempt a clean install it reinstalls the windows I just had. I've deleted drives, formatted them all types of destructive actions however the image still remains. I think an unattended install setup is being stored on an inaccessible drive that that uses pre installation environment scripts to begin before I even have a chance. Remote registry is installed, gpo policies from my "organization" and I'm upgraded to enterprise even though my specs say 10 pro. Has anyone come across this issue before?

Hi, precisely how are you installing Windows?

From where did you get the bootable disk?

I'm going to guess you are logging in, then browsing to whatever source you are using, then running setup.exe.
If so, that's an in-place upgrade repair install, not a clean install.

Further, you clearly don't have the latest build on your install source, whatever that is.

Do you have more than one Windows installation on your PC?

    There's a whole Tutorial:
    Clean Install Windows 10

    In summary key points:
    a. Create bootable flash drive using the MS Media Creation tool.
    b. Plug that disk in.
    c. Restart your PC and have it boot from that flash drive, not the internal system disk.
(How you confgure your PC to do that depends on your PC's BIOS/UEFI).
    d. Around step 13/14 of the clean install tutorial - delete all partitions comprising your existing O/S
(Typically 4 for a UEFI installation).
    e. Continue the clean install.

I assume you've made any necessary backups beforehand.

Please confirm whether that's what you've been doing or not.

Still problems? Post a screenshot of all the disks/partitions in your PC using Minitool Partition Wizard- not Disk Management.

Did you set the USB Win 10 installation drive as first boot option on BIOS?

First step on a clean install is to copy and expand files from the USB Win 10 installation drive to the main drive and then reboot.
When it begins the count down to reboot, remove the USB Win 10 installation drive.

Yes have a windows dvd ana also bootable USB downloaded from Microsoft website only. My computer doesn't let me install from setup always gives an error. I don't connect my computer to the internet because everytime I do even when it's a new internet provider before I can get to my router settings there has already been someone logged in that quick. I will follow your suggested course of action and reply with results. Appreciate the feedback

Whilst you can install Windows without an internet connection, you may lose out on driver updates or even certain necessary drivers. Usually you can deal with that later.

My computer doesn't let me install from setup always gives an error.
    What is the error?

Are you attempting a clean install because of some problem?

Have you checked your disk(s) - with a 3rd party program e.g. Hard Disk Sentinel, Crystal Diskinfo?

When clean installing Win 10, it is wise only to have the system disk in place in the PC.

I don't connect my computer to the internet because everytime I do even when it's a new internet provider before I can get to my router settings there has already been someone logged in that quick.
    This I don't understand, sorry...

No... there's a size limit (shown in relevant tutorial) for all accepted file types).

To upload an attachment (jpg, png):
