dual boot w11 w10 and bootloader entries added automatically

i have w11 and w10 installed on two different hard disks, i installed w11 detaching w10 hard disk.

from the uefi bios i choose which windows version i want to start. ok.

    here it is the problem...

every time i start the pc it can happen that new boot entries are added in the bios and in the windows bootloader, i see them listed when i change boot priority. (additional problem: if leave a pendrive inserted the pc doesn't boot)

tryed to remove these entries but they come back.

can anyone tell me if it is normal or why it happens and, then, what to study?! (i have to knowlodge about bootloader)

    thanks

I suppose you choose the boot drive using the one time boot menu F12(?)
Is your Win 10 and Win 11 drives Legacy-MBR or UEFI-GPT?
BIOS list Legacy-MBR drives as boot options or entries on the EFI partition boot manager.

I really didn't understand your issue. Could you please be more specific?
