I'm sad to say but, if you're having this kind of problems after a Clean Install, your computer has a hardware problem.
It can be many things: Drive, memory, Power Supply, MoBo, GPU or even CPU.
You have to make things as simple as possible and test the.
Remove the GPU card (use IG) and boot from a Linux USB drive and stress the system. If it doesn't crash, attach the GPU and again boot from a Linux USB drive and stress the system.
Install Win 10 on another SSD and stress the system with and without the GPU card.
I once had a similar issue and it was the MoBo.
