People usually find it easy to use...
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/soft...load/windows10

Click 2nd button "Download tool now"

    Download Windows 10 ISO File
    Option 1

That is repeated in the complete tutorial
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade

Note e.g. Steps 1 and the choice at step 13 given your earlier comment.

Again, most people succeed with this, but there's always a risk of an upgrade failing.

    Good.
Now's the right time - before something goes badly wrong- to start routinely and regularly using 3rd party disk imaging again - e.g. Macrium Reflect (free/paid)

You can monitor your disks' health using e.g. Crystal Diskinfo (free), set to alert you of degradation against thresholds.
