i need Full (Eng-US) ISO file win 10 21h1 19043.1320 (pro)
can i use Download Windows 10 ISO File to get specific build ?
or perhaps some one here have the ISO? please share to me... but please the pro not the other version.

.1288 as it says there is the latest via the MS media creation tool. The tutorial gives other options as well as you can see.
All such iso's can install all versions of Windows. The version you get - Home,Pro etc depends on your license, upgrade rights or existing digital activation rights on MS servers for that particular device.
.1288 is the newer ? but i have 19043.1320

i was remove my notepad, and trying to re install, but failed (based on screenshoot)
and about license... so my license will asking at the begining of download then the system will automatically give me the ISO based on my license ? (actually i just know that, because i never use the media tools)
The iso version provided by MS is updated periodically. You would receive a CU to bring you up to date when Windows is installed.
If you look through the tutorial, you can see step by step when happens.
That answers your question about the license - do not worry overly about that.

Why?
a. You get an iso. That iso is a particular build.
b. You install Windows using that iso, of that particular build.
c. Windows update brings you up to date.
What is confusing about that?
If you wish to perform an in-place upgrade repair install, it is entirely normal for the minor build number (e.g. 1320) to go backwards slightly, then Windows Update brings you back up to date.
Your screenshot shows you are trying to install with an ISO for build 19541. Where on earth did you get that ISO? 19541 was an Insider Preview Fast build released in January 2020, and the license for that build expired on 31 July 2020 so it wouldn't be any use to you even if you could install it.

The Media Creation Tool does not ask for a license, it will make an ISO for you that contains all editions of the build, including Home and Pro. When you mount this ISO and start an in-place upgrade you won't be asked for a key either, it will upgrade to the edition you currently have installed, in your case Pro.and about license... so my license will asking at the begining of download then the system will automatically give me the ISO based on my license ? about the ISO.. i want to create Flashdisk Installer, that i have is 20h2 and .1809.... not for upgrading but for fresh install

how about clean install , i mean...if i can, i want to have this build ISO. so no need update that perhaps will "bypass" this "excelent"(for me) build

Try this to install the notepad:
Push the Windows Button and type: cmd and then select the Option: Run as administrator.
In the command prompt copy and paste this command:
Dism /Online /Add-Capability /CapabilityName:Microsoft.Windows.Notepad~~~~0.0.1.0
and push the Enter Button.
