Upgrade to Win10 possible for Nexlink Carbon 4200 laptop?

I have an old Nexlink Carbon 4200 laptop that is still running Windows Vista. Can it be upgraded to Windows 10?

    Specs:
hard drive: wdc wd1600bevs-00at0 ata device
    ram: 2.96 gb
    system type: 32 bit

And can this laptop be upgraded to ssd or at least a newer hdd? I can't seem to find any information or manual for this laptop.

Thank you for any help with this.

Please post a Speccy (free) screenshot of your laptop.

It "looks' like the hardware will work with Windows 10 x86 (32 bit), but there is no "free" upgrade path from Vista to Windows 10.
You would need Windows 7 to partake of the free upgrade to Windows 10.

As for upgrading to SSD or newer HDD, I can't find sufficient specs for a "Nexlink Carbon 4200" to answer that.

To upgrade a Vista OS to Win 10 you will have to buy a license.

    WD Scorpio WD1600BEVS device is a 160 GB - SATA-150 HDD.
If the SATA port controller isn't at least SATA - 300 there will be no big gain installing a SSD.
