Hi, you can try repairing Windows Update using Tweaking.com's free repair tool, selecting only the relevant repair.

If no joy, try an in-place upgrade repair install which like any upgrade procedure keeps all progs and data. For that you need either a 20H2 iso or bootable disk, noting it's started AFTER having logged in normally.

Tutorial available; tutorial available for downloading an iso file - e.g. use the Heidoc iso downloader (Google, free) to get a 20H2 iso file.

You can of course try manually updating - the article for that update in tenforums News section, like all such artcles, includes a download link.

Also feel free to search tenforums for threads reporting that error number.

yes - it has helped some people
and can the free version fix my problem?
I don't know- no harm in trying

Heidoc iso downloader (Google, free) - download that, use it. Select iso file, download 20H2.
Once you have the iso file then once again- ensure you have at least 30Gb free on C:

Right click the ISO image and click: MOUNT (available by default)
Open File Explorer and you will see a new drive letter.
Double click the new drive letter to open it.
Find setup.exe and double click it to start the in-place upgrade.

Most of the suggestions you already tried appear to be correct, but not all of them do. For example, the DISM command doesn't (see "Fix 6" in the article below).

and there's an important sign saying: "HeiDoc.net has been screwed by Amazon.com. We sued them. The outcome is still disappointing. If you want to show us your support, please like, comment and share our posts on Facebook and Twitter." i don't know if i have to worry about it as if the problem get viruses or something, if not which version should i download there's 2 for the 20H2 for October and December i hope you check the image and see what current version do i have from my previous image thanks

    - that's not pertinent to this thread... don't worry about it..

If there's more than one iso file available, pick the later one. All that will happen after the in-place upgrade repair is that if W Update works, you'll get a cumulative update bringing you up to date.

sorry to tell you that none of the solution worked for me after doing the repaires in the Safe Mode still same error message and the update stuck at 7% even though using the 2 commands
    ISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanupDISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /AnalyzeComponentStore
and removing the SoftwareDistribution inside files
    still same errors

and for the windows i have tried all the versions and i have mount the file and launch the setup but at the end it always give me the Nothing option only, and i don't want to loose my files or apps

i have even unplugged all the USB leaving only the mouse and Keyboard as i heard it could give a problem to the update and i have checked all the Drivers updates using the Software EasyDrive and it's telling all are up to date literally tried everything

what should i do? (hope you check the images thanks)

You have 20H2. There was this bug:
Windows 10 in-place upgrade bug means you can no longer keep your files

    Could that be the reason?

    Otherwise
I can only think you don't have the correct version of the iso file.
and for the windows i have tried all the versions and i have mount the file and launch the setup but at the end it always give me the Nothing option only, and i don't want to loose my files or apps
This should not happen - unless your O/S is not configured normally.
Possible reasons for that message: wrong base language (do you know yours?), wrong build, certain folders e.g. Users folder being relocated or a registry change changing where programs are installed.

Have you made any such changes?

Matching iso and build, including base language etc
See Full Details about a Windows 10 ISO file or USB
See System Default UI Language of Windows 10
    Find Windows 10 Build Number

    These must match.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
I also suggested this in my first post: have you tried it?
You can of course try manually updating - the article for that update in tenforums News section, like all such artcles, includes a download link.

i have checked all the Drivers updates using the Software EasyDrive
I have no idea what that program is. Assuming it's some driver updater tool, the routine use of such tools is very strongly discouraged by most long-standing mambers here. You can see the various lengthy threads that have discussed these.

Is there any reason why your screenshots are so dark?
