You have 20H2. There was this bug:
Windows 10 in-place upgrade bug means you can no longer keep your files

    Could that be the reason?

    Otherwise
I can only think you don't have the correct version of the iso file.

This should not happen - unless your O/S is not configured normally.
Possible reasons for that message: wrong base language (do you know yours?), wrong build, certain folders e.g. Users folder being relocated or a registry change changing where programs are installed.

Have you made any such changes?

Matching iso and build, including base language etc
See Full Details about a Windows 10 ISO file or USB
See System Default UI Language of Windows 10
    Find Windows 10 Build Number

    These must match.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------
I also suggested this in my first post: have you tried it?
You can of course try manually updating - the article for that update in tenforums News section, like all such artcles, includes a download link.

I have no idea what that program is. Assuming it's some driver updater tool, the routine use of such tools is very strongly discouraged by most long-standing mambers here. You can see the various lengthy threads that have discussed these.

Is there any reason why your screenshots are so dark?
Hi sorry for taking this much time to get back to you, cause i was trying your solutions by deleting the update "Feature Update Windows 10 20H2 via Enablement. . .. . . KB4562830" it has really a long name i have uninstalled it and reboot and checked it was still there then uninstalled again and reboot and it actually let me choose to keep my files, so thanks you very much for that and now the windows is up to date.

Just 2 things i hope you clear them for me first i have downloaded 2 iso files with different updates (check the image) i was just going to try if the solution work and launched windows 10 20H2.iso setup and it worked so i was like ohh why didn't i do it with the Win10_20H2_v2_English_x64.iso is that a problem or it's okay, cause this will bring me to the next question my windows is up to date as it's saying thank God, and there is a windows 20H2_v2 plus i heard that the latest version is 21H1 so why mine saying you're up to date even after rechecking when it is not, and my last question if you allow me i have this WindowsOld folder it has a huge size 21Gb can i delete it with no problem (i hope you check the images for more refferences) and thank you so much for your help.

and to address your question sorry i am using a program to reduce the brightness to protect my eyes and it's set to 40% so sometimes i forget to turn it off when making screenshots, can you clear what do you mean by your last statement do you mean that the Drivers tools softwares are harmful to pc in the long range or what thanks.

    - as to why- sorry, no idea offhand. Insufficient data. I wouldn't worry about it.

Drivers tools softwares are harmful to pc in the long range or what thanks.
Driver updater tools are 'snake oil' ( I quote comments by others in the threads to which I refer you).
E.g. use one - you get certain drivers and versions. Use another- you get others.

No one I've heard of gets better performance by updating drivers. It's more likely that updating drivers unnecessarily causes problems - typical case- after applying a major upgrade (new set of drivers).

The only time I suggest using one is if a driver e.g. for an old PC or device cannot be found by usual means.

Some tools have a better reputation than others. But the point is, if you DON'T have driver-related problems- why do you think you're going to do better by using some random tool to update them?
Please find and read the discussions.

    WindowsOld folder
    - as usual- will automatically be deleted by default after 10 days. Otherwise see tutorial to delete. (That's what allows you to roll back to previous build).

why mine saying you're up to date even after rechecking when it is not
    Typical question. Possibilities:
    - MS compatibility hold (Google that)
    - Just wait a while
    - Group policy set to defer feature updates

You won't gain any useful feature from 21H1 (see description in the thread for it in the News section). It's a minor upgrade.

I think this is the most recent update for 20H2, with a preview update more recent again (See News section).

Hey thanks for all your replies, i think you mean that windows 10 can provide drivers without the need on any third program and i agree, maybe in the previews versions of windows you need drivers tools, i am gonna take your words and delete the drivers software as it's no need and i am not going to take any benefits by updating to last version as i guess Win10 will do that for if needed right?

for the folder i will wait 10 days and see cause SDD Driver i really need that 22GB space

and last i hope if you can address this after the update i have noticed 2 minor problems (i hope you check the video that i have uploaded)

first it's with the Taskbar was working fine but when i put it on the side or the top as i love to put mine there it malfunction if you can see in the video everything's working fine when the Taskbar is in the bottom but when moved up the "show desktop" not working the news and temperature not showing, even when opening the "Start" can't search in it plus the hidden icons the network when clicking on it won't open and you can see it's glitching like opening then closing at the same time? why is this problem? i have noticed after the update the explorer.exe froze and closed like 3 times

for this i used to fix with this command in the PowerShell:
    "Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\\AppXManifest.xml”}"

and the 2nd problem is the "refresh" as you can see it's slow somehow i used to have it fast, as icons refreshed fast before the update what was it then?

for the update 21H1 i heard some good feedbacks that it make machine fast.

I've not personally heard of issues related to taskbar position, so can't help there. You might try starting a new thread on just that with an appropriate title and hope someone has an idea.

I've tried mine - no issues.

I wouldn't expect any benefit speed-wise from 21H1- it's a minor update- an enablement package. Where did you see that?

Anything related to file explorer: try disabling non-MS shell extensions (context menu entries) and see if that helps, and if so , find the one(s) responsible. Tools: Shellexview (free); for more- Autoruns (free from MS).

ShellExView - Shell Extension Manager For Windows
and try to disable non-MS shell from that tool

You're welcome.. There are plenty of references to Shellexview if you care to search tenforums, including screenshots and even a tutorial that uses it.. Similarly there are guides on the internet to Autoruns (somewhat similar in some ways but much more comprehensive).
