Oh sorry, it is Minitool- for some reason I thought it was missing some info as 'Recovery' was not shown, but that's just a label anyway.
My guess is that the upgrade attempt is rolling back cause of the lack of space to create a larger Recovery partition. But it could be something else entirely.
Security software can be a headache- if you uninstall Comodo you have Windows Defender AV and firewall.
setupact.log, setuperr.log and maybe your Update History may show more. Noted you refer to an error nnumber.
- normally that would be used to create an iso file, if upgrading manually: mount the iso file, open new drive letter, double click setup.exe. I presume the creation of a USB disk succeeded.The Media Creation Tool to create USB updater; fails @ 55% in the blue
(You can also log in and then run setup.exe from such a disk).
Personally I'd make 1Gb free space after C: , uninstall Comodo and try again just to see if there's any change.
After that it's analysis time.
