These would have been the commands to run in a Command Prompt with Admin Privileges:

diskpart
select volume C
shrink desired=100
create partition EFI
format fs=FAT32 quick
assign letter=w
exit
bcdboot C:\Windows /s W: /f UEFI
exit

Be sure to do a verified system image backup to save your work and effort.
