"Something went wrong on our end. Please try again." version 2004

After upgrading to version 2004, and restarting this message comes up on the first screen with the background. It is a flashing message, and continues in a smaller version when I hit enter to put in my passcode. Then runs fine as far as I can tell.

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
    4) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    5) sfc /scannow
    6) chkdsk /scan

    7) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread

    8) When available please post setupdiag results

After manual download and update, appears fixed.

I downloaded the manual update for 2004 level, which I "think" does a complete new install and then adds any updates after that. It took about 4 hours all together. The weird opening screen saying an error occurred is gone.

    Nice.

Dell provided support for drivers up through Windows 8.

So you have gotten a lot of use from this model.
