How can I merge system and boot partitions

    Yes, I tried it that way and then simulated the damage to the hard drive that was running Windows with the Boot Menu (I just unplugged the hard drive). After doing this, I didn't have a Boot Menu, which is completely understandable, but also, Windows on the other hard drive was not bootable. So I gave up using the Boot Menu.

    You put a boot menu on each drive. Each boot menu can contain entries to both OS's.

    I had exactly that intention, but I don't know what went wrong and I only managed to put a boot menu through one Windows. Then in the BIOS I put the computer to boot from the other hard drive, intending, when loaded into the other Windows, to put a menu in it too, but the system hung on a blank black screen.
    In the last few days I have some work to do on my computer and I won't have much free time, but after your recommendation I will try again when I get free.

    Let's say your second Windows OS is D: drive. The command would be:
    bcdboot D:\Windows /s D: /f BIOS

    You also use the bcdboot command to set up dual booting from the Windows boot menu.
