Please open the Command Prompt by clicking Start Menu --> All Programs --> Accessories, right-click on Command Prompt, and open it as an administrator. In Windows Vista and later versions of Window operating systems type cmd.exe into Start Screen or Start Menu, right-click on Cmd.exe, and open it as an administrator.

Execute following commands one at time:

    Code:
    Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

    Sfc /scannow
After these two command finish executing try to upgrade to Windows 10.

Can you make a Windows 10 Installation Media and try upgrading from it.

Can you also attach the BSOD memory dump files stored in C:\Windows\MiniDump folder.
