    W10 Clean Install/Stuck in Loop

I went for a clean install using the Media Creation Tool 1909... booted up on USB and all went well. After the machine rebooted I realized I hadn't cleared all partitions initially, so I stopped the install by powering off (held power off button).

When I restarted the PC I figured I would point it to the USB, but that is no longer a choice... only the HDD or Setup. When I select the HDD the PC says there was a problem with the installation and it asks to restart. When I hit OK, everything repeats again.

How can I get this to see the USB with the media installer. Do I need to recreate it? Or is there something in settings to make this happen again?

    Thanks!

EDIT1: Recreated the USB installer. Restarted the PC and it now sees the USB. Installation moving forward at this point.

    1) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    2) Boot to the external USB HD by clicking the applicable F key:
List of PC brands with their corresponding hot-keys

    3) If there is no applicable F key then boot to the BIOS and temporarily modify the BIOS boot order so that the external USB HD is on top.

    4) Perform a clean install by deleting all partitions making an unallocated drive:
