we can live with that :)

yes, the camera uses firewire connection, and it does needs specific driver which only works in windows xp...
so i am now looking for options what i can do.
I doubt that it would work in VM because it mostly uses host's drivers and HW if it's not built in guest OS.
Way I see it, only way would be to get some junky old PC that can run XP.

You could see if the Camera has Linux support, then install Linux on a live boot DVD or USB and use camera that way.

If the camera uses an XP driver, install it in Compatibility Mode on Windows 10
All Firewire connections do not need drivers, on All Windows OS's since 98.
If you still feel the camera driver, or probably the Camera's Software is only for XP, try installing it in Compatibility Mode

i could try ubuntu. maybe ubuntu already have drivers for the camera, and then i only need to install the program by Wine.

Would it be possible for you to at least try Compatibility Mode as previously suggested and publish the result?

    Hi,

unfortunately installing win xp is not possible, because after 10 seconds, it gives blue screen with error...
I tried everyting but it givers error.

Also i treid installing windows vista 32bit, but this time setup starts, and when the setup needs to finish installation,
then it gives error... i tried everyting also, but error comes again...

    so nothing i can do

You could try Linux, use this: Download to download and make a live Linux on a USB. Choose to make PERSISTENCE (Step3) which will keep your installed programs and settings even after it's disconnected. For that you need 8GB + USB stick.

That has even less chance to work.
