I am soon buying a new pc, but I did not want to buy windows with it because i thought i could download it form an usb. I just tested it on my pc that im still using and when the download is complete is says that the pc has to restart. And when it restarts i get the "choose your language" screen again and it restarts the download. Pls help
Hi, if you are preparing a bootable USB device to install Windows 10 on another PC you should not be experiencing restarts. Perhaps you are not approaching this the correct way.

Here's how to do it assuming you have a usable spare valid Win 7 or Win 8 license:
Clean Install Windows 10 Directly without having to Upgrade First
Otherwise you will need to buy a Win 10 license.

You can create a bootable USB. All you are doing is writing data to that disk. The tool does it for you.
To run the tool you have to be running an O/S
