    a Repair of my OS
I will assume you are referring to an in-place upgrade repair install.

This does not fix user profile issues. It replaces all system files with a version as per that of the iso used for the repair install. The iso must be of the same base build as that of the OS installed. (If greater, that's an upgrade). All programs, data and most settings are retained. Services are set to default.

If you wish to make changes to users, you can delete and create user accounts.

Windows can be replaced by reset save files, custom install, clean install, etc.

    For disk management:
Open disk management > by default some columns are compressed > widen each Status and Volume > make sure the contents within the parenthesis are in full view and that none of the characters are cutoff > view disk 0 > widen this row as needed so that all of the characters are in full view > post an image into the thread

    Dasha,

Please explain exactly what you want to achieve. "profile, UAC and Passwords that I would like to renew and update" does not really mean anything.

"profile" - you can create a new user profile [i.e. a new user account] anytime you want through Settings, Accounts, Family & other users.
"UAC" - UAC is a protection level which you can change if you want through Control panel, User accounts, Change UAC settings but you should only ever consider using the top two levels [only the top one if you are routinely logged in to an Admin account].
"Passwords" - you can change a local user account password any time you like though Control panel, User accounts or Settings, Accounts. You can change an MSAccount password in your online MSAccount [Settings, Accounts provides an initial link for this].

A Clean install of Windows is a lot of work if you also have applications to install. Setting up Windows & your applications the way you want them can also take a lot of time. You will also have to install the latest Dell drivers for your Dell hardware as well.

What Dell has 'sent' you will probably be driver upates, BIOS updates or updates to Dell's own utitilities on your computer.

Hi, Back again I have done the Disk Management and partitions and Unwanted Users see Attached
I really would rather do the restore repair in box if Possible? I thought that the Clean Install would be the easy solution I now realise it's not not for me anyway
The unwanted Accounts and too many profiles problems I want to get rid of them and have 3 one Local 1 Admin and 1 Microsoft which I already have IN UAC you have to go to: Make changes to your user accounts in PC settings I keep getting lost in here
problems with some drop down Menu's and pop-ups from the Taskbar Grey not black
cannot change the colour of the Taskbar
PC Refuses to turn back on after I turn it off at the Stop Start Button until I unplug it from the wall a ew times but is OK in restart-mode
The Plus and Equal Buttons on the Logitech Set-Point Wireless K/Board are not working
Hold Shift or Ctrl / Drag Over to Select all/-or some is not working
Maybe it is all the Profiles or Users I have that's causing a lot of this anyway lets see? thanks to you all Dasha

If there is a backup image it may be able to be restored.

If files are backed up you can perform a clean install.
After the clean install drivers and applications are reinstalled and files are restored.

If files are not backed up or if you do not want to perform a clean install then you are relying on the available Windows options:
    system restore
    reset save files
    custom install

To check availability of restore points open administrative powershell and copy and paste:
    Get-ComputerRestorePoint

If there are no restore points that predate the computer problems or if system restore fails then the remaining options were displayed above or you can attempt to troubleshoot each computer problem.
