So Did any one Miss me ? Because i needed some help bad

So back again pc trouble all because the people I bought the pc from refuse to give me a fresh copy of windows on a stick or a dvd

so My friend gave me a copy of his windows 10 and that was the one I couldn't install the themes on

long story short Got sick and tiered from these people and Pirated windows 10 did not work for me

after I tried everything

So I went today to the store and told them listing u need to give me a free copy of windows
I have bought the pc with windows 10 on it
so what if I erased the partition that had windows on it

any way that did not work so I got me a new windows for 40 bucks cheaper

Just a note, I finished doing a Reset this PC an hour ago, too many DISM errors with RPC. After it was up I went to the Store and got 4 Themes installed, now have some choices. The Notebook is a 17" HP Envy TS 17 2.40GHz with 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, rehabbed and quite nice.

So the Windows 10 you had was a pirated version, that's what they sold you? If so, contact Microsoft. They will more than likely give you a valid Windows 10 and do something about the people or place that sold you the computer with the pirated copy of Windows 10 on it.

It Wont boot from usb and it wont recognize my 2tb HDD that had windows on it
i just give up i have 2 years warranty

Please use the MCT tool, download it and then execute. You need 8GB key. Let it create your key or...

Place that nice new disk in DVD player

When you boot, if your specs are right, Acer, your boot menu is access either through F9 or F12 and maybe Esc.

So you power on and tap F9 three or four times say a second apart. No menu power off and boot again only try F12.

Once you get it to boot from USB or DVD follow this tutorial. When asked enter your 25 character licensing code.

Clean Install Windows 10


Is there any personal data on your 2TB drive that you need to retrieve before installing? If so stop as you want to get it before installing.

Yes I went through all of this many many times

I even updated my BIOS

i will try this tutorial on Sunday // i can use a break from installing windows every 2 hours :)

Monday i will tacke it to them and they can mess around with it

the Deal is they are using there own thumb drive and they wont tell me whats going on and they wont fix it correctly

they keep repeating the same thing on and on witch is we gave u a perfect pc with windows installed on it

Very different. This should not be that hard if you use media created by the media creation tool or supplied by MS. You find boot key (F9, F12 or ... ) boot, enter 25 digit code, delete all partitions, allow windows to create and go.
