That's usually a sign that the USB flash drive isn't formatted properly. Use the Media Creation Tool to make the flash drive.
I have a mac computer. I don’t have any windows platforms.

2) Open the website for the motherboard manufacturer > support > enter the model > select the operating system > view drivers > post a URL or hyperlink into the thread.
Please make screenshots of SATA Configuration and Boot Override. I suspect your SSD is not visible to system (cable/connector/power supply hardware problem).
Or your mobo includes some exotic SATA controller which requires driver for Win installation, see your mobo manual.
Update: If you use M.2 SSD, it should be visible under "OffBoard SATA Controller Configuration" BIOS choice. Is it there?

The Windows 10 iso are free from the Microsoft website.
See if you can find a friend, neighbor, relative, local computer store, or public library to create the Windows 10 iso:
Download Windows 10
I don't think that there's anything wrong with your Windows USB. Your MB has USB3/USB3.1 and also USB2.0.
In the UEFI firmware (BIOS), set USB Support to "Full Support" and connect the USB to USB2.0 port.
If still not working, From this link: Windows 10 Clean install - A Media driver your computer needs is - Microsoft Community
- If you are installing with USB drive, when it asks for driver, click Cancel. Once you are at the welcome screen, insert the USB drive to a different USB port. Then click Install Now to install.
