Yes. Not at a pc with an Nvidia card at the moment, but you go into NVCP and then 'System Information' you should get a window that describes driver type.
When I just finished my Insider 18908 update, I tried to take the 430.86 installer I had and apply it. Maching said, no,no, no. Not compatibale with this build. Told me to get GFE, I did, and DL'd and installed 430.86, BUT it was the DCH flavor.
I'm not a insider TC, but I get that same msg IF I try to go back to an older release of Nvidia now. I used to be able to install any older version of Nvidia before updating to 1903, now I have only 2 choices. 430.64 or 430.86
Plus the only type I want is the Standard version. Do not want the DCH at all.
On 18908 fast ring here. Was running 430.86. Windows Update did not offer me the 435.27.
Manually updated to the 435's and first run of check for updates changed it right back to the 430's.
Not sure why it's doing that, but I am in no mood to fight with it tonight.

18362.145 install set to Release Preview doesn't see it on Windows Update either.
A few complaints about crashes and/or weird artifacts in op's thread on G3D as well.
seems odd

Just for fun I tried installing the 435.27 driver again today even though WU still didn't offer it to me.
This time around even after running Check for updates the 435's stuck and WU didn't change them back
This is on the 18908.1000 fast ring install. I swear this stuff makes me think I am crazy sometimes lol.

You are not alone in that regard, if that can be of any solace. LOL Right now, as an example, nobody knows for sure where we stand with 19H2, not even MS. Sometimes, I am having difficulty wading my way through all the terminology, subdivisions, things that work now and don't later on, hardware incompatibility, bugs and I can go on and on...
At one point, MS won't have any choice but opting for a once yearly FU. Even OEM and developers are having difficulty keeping the pace with MS.
