Hell yeah, thats good. The images are much better than my previous Nvidia GTX 750ti, and its much faster, very very pleased, up to now, with a product manufacturer change. Lovely lovely lovely!!!!

I had a panic in installation when I noted that it needed direct power supply but found redundant cables hiding in case and duly installed 2 x 6 pin. At the monent and hopefully not tempting fate - WOW!!!!

Amazon UK price £155 -worth every penny, connected with HDMI

I had to change HDMI from large to midi, to large to large, but I had a cable stored away so no problems.

It also has two totally silent huge fans onboard, so peace and quiet whilst blatting the aliens. mercs and jap subs

Damn right, its great. Whats with Nvidia though. I saw a coouple of years ago problems in a Far Cry 2 forum, all to do with nvidia. It was not long after that someone in Nvidia got wise and began the long long trail of gamer updates.

But, as you can see, it was not enough, and I switched and very glad I did.

One day I may try VR headset, my grandsons will love it!!

Update: Ran couple of missions in Far Cry 2. Visuals 70% better, clarity and also speed increase in vehicle driving. Even my wife, who looked at screen in passing, 'thats a lot clearer' she said. Great!

Edit: Silent Hunter 4, (2007) sub sim. 70% improvement on graphics. I once said that Nvidia was like watching tv; not any more, this is. Also game loading is a goodly 60% or so faster. Water graphics a lovely increase in clarity too. Looks like 'real waves' ................
