I'm just confused because there are many options in the BIOS related to UEFI and I don't see anything called "UEFI mode." Are you saying that setting CSM support to "disabled" is the same thing as setting it to "UEFI mode"?

    The available settings are

CSM support - enabled or disabled
Boot options filter - UEFI, Legacy or UEFI/Legacy
3 options: Network, Storage, and Video: all allow Legacy/UEFI
TPM 2.0 UEFI spec version: TCG1_2 or TCG_2

    Thanks.

    Yes
As per my last post in the manual page 20 on the online pdf that I sent the link for
    CSM disabled
    and then boot UEFI

    and trusted platform model
TCG_2: Support new TCG2 protocol and event format for Win10 or later.

    Problem display after sleep mode

    Macboatmaster said:
Try after you get to the blank screen
    Windows logo key + P
    or
    Ctrl + Alt + Del.

OR if the screen is black
    Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B.

This of course is NOT the solution I only offer it to see if it will help establish the cause, and to save you whatever you are doing now to get the screen

I will post further when I have read the release notes on the driver and looked at the board spec.

What are the full details of the Sceptre 27 please.

Also - sorry I forgot to ask
what is the make and full model of the PSU

    - - - Updated - - -

Further to the above what is the AV in use
I see the board came with Bullguard in the software package

    Try this
see screenshot check Link Power Management on power settings - if on turn OFF

Also check if monitor has setting for auto detect - cable connection eg HDMI
If it has and it is enabled then perverse as it sounds turning it off can work
Only try one at a time otherwise you will not know which fixed it - if it does.

    =================
If none of those work try a clean boot and then in clean boot put it to sleep and see if the monitor then wakes.

Follow the clean boot procedure carefully please
If clean boot works it is a software issue, some service or driver loading on startup is preventing the monitor completing the wake up - or perhaps I should say - the graphics fully waking.
    Hello,

I have the same issue as many others when waking the pc up after sleep mode, so I tried refreshing the graphics with Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B and it then showed the black screen asking to plug a boot device as if it was not recognized. So I think it could be the problem with the motherboard which after sleep mode , it does not recognize the hard disk and thats why it turns the sreen black. I also want to add that when waking up after sleep, as I have one hdmi which goes to the tv, it shows as
HDMI signal received, and then after some seconds, signal lost, thats when I did the refreshing the graphics thing.

EDIT: I tried setting up another boot device, it was the same black screen but when I refreshed the graphics it loaded the other boot option instead of showing the message I said before, so I restart from there and I was able to access the bios, so I checked the boot option 1, which is my W11 and it was not recognized the nvme so I think I have found the problem, but now I dont know what to do to solve it as its drivers are up to date, the only thing I can imagine is changing the slot but I would have to buy the PCI to m2 adapter.

I hope you have an answer.

Sorry if I am not explaining something right, english is not my first language
