No Video signal on computers after 1903 update

Has anyone ran into the problem of no video signal after updating to windows 10. Happened on 2 desktops for me so far.

with all updates windows attempt to revise all drivers against their wddm catalog of drivers and installs what it sees as latest build .

legend has it that every body gets a problem with one driver on a level , weather network , display , usb controllers , sata drivers or maybe even peripherals , so your problem let alone is rare but drivers problems are common .

so my suggestion would be to reboot into safe mode (its option might surface after several hard restarts as part of windows diagnostic behavior) then remove the installed driver and update it to a more friendly one known to work .
