To cut it short for you Intel last officially released driver was the 4229 and was intended for Window 8.1 , then when Windows 10 showed Intel managed to provide a dedicated driver for Windows 10 with version 4459 and was listed as part of the Windows driver catalog , now when Windows 10 upgraded its drivers policy to DCH Intel decided to better off legacy out this old hardware by flagging it a non Windows 10 compliant than updating the driver yet another time .
So bottom line you may encounter sometimes a signature violation with driver 4229 since it was never meant for Windows 10 and also may come across someone keeping a copy of version 4459 like here : https://drivers.softpedia.com/dyn-po...73ef/7f7e6/4/1 but bottom line no official support for this hardware any more , it was deemed legacy and now only modders try to keep up with Windows changes and come up with install-able copies for Windows 10 like I did here for example : Custom Driver : Intel HD Graphics & ATI Combo (Alpha) - by nIGHTmAYOR
