    Disabled Graphics Card Drivers

Hey, recently my graphics card drivers have been automatically disabled due to an issue that it doesn't list (windows 10), I've tried quite a lot to re enable them but nothing has seemed to work, I've tried updating the drivers, rolling back the drivers, reinstalling them and even a complete wipe and re installation of windows 10, this worked for about a day but when I came back in the morning the graphics drivers had been disabled again. The problem seems to occur when windows tries to update itself however I'm not sure which update it is and it doesn't appear to show up in the update history. The graphics card is an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1050 Ti. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I'm not sure what you mean by "disabled". Some sort of graphics drivers must be in use, or the machine wouldn't be usable.

Is this a desktop or a laptop? (If it's a laptop, it could have dual graphics. Not commonly available in a desktop.) I see that there are both desktop and laptop versions available of the 1050 ti.

I have never owned a laptop with the famous nVidia Optimus drivers. I have the impression that they are a clever idea that has caused a lot of problems in practice.

    Rather a lack of detail.
There must be Graphics Drivers even though they might be basic MS Drivers.

Graphic Driver updates appear in the usual place Settings > Update and Security > View update history > Driver Updates.

A failure may also be listed there, or in Reliability History or the Diagnostic Data Viewer (an optional App from the MS Store).

My Laptop is an Optimus design and has never been a problem as I keep saying. The information I give on that subject is true and real world.

I'm not sure if its windows or not.... but recently I've had some fun with graphic's issues - since win 10 v1909 18363.535

every flipping major upheaval of the OS my TV card forgets how to work unless I massage it back in to life, then its happy till the next disaster from the idiots at MS.

I also get MS trying to delete the signed AMD graphics driver that works and installs some later rubbish that doesn't support the resolution I use. Even SDI have been pushing an unsuitable driver for 2 years. So I have to go back to AMD's one in a 30 min time wasting exercise. Its a Radeon 6800 and needs 15.301.1901.0 from 26/02/2016

Last time the TV played up I thought stuff it, I'm going to kill windows and restart. Upon restart the graphic driver dies just as the desktop should have loaded. Multiple reboots later, no joy, I get in to safe mode (using the secret crash it out three times trick till it boots to recovery environment) and windows is there happy as Larry. But I had to aggressively kill the driver till nothing left, reboot and reload and its been back to normal for 3 weeks.... Right until Kaspersky decides to update to 20.0.14.1085(g) where upon the graphics is totally dead, not even during bios self testing phase !!!

Left alone outside my viewing windows booted and played its intro. Another two reboots and the monitor never wakes at any time. Tried another monitor and the other DVI port - Nothing - Killed it, ripped out the graphics card and the memory, cleaned up, refitted all back to normal.....

    VERY ODD
