It’s done it today, it said there’s a windows update, I clicked update and shut down then it showed the shutting down screen and got stuck again.

You're not allowed to update the BIOS? It's not like they're building a custom BIOS for your components to work together like an OEM? or is the beta BIOS actually custom made for you? Your components are so new that it's important to update when needed to get better compatibility. It seems strange to me that they disallow you to update anything. I am curious as to what they have actually configured for you in there. You obviously don't want to update it without knowing fully what they have done, you should ask them. If you run msinfo32, does it say what BIOS Version and type you are running? Maybe it's not a BIOS or compatibility issue at all, hard to really tell. Are you running any sensors or gpu-access software when shutting down?
What we need is a method to trace shutdown. I made a general request for this help. Lets see where that takes us.
Could you open the attached file to import it into the registry, it enables verbose status messages during startup, shutdown, logon, and logoff.
verboststatus.reg
The registry file contains
Code:Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] "VerboseStatus"=dword:00000001 "DisableStatusMessages"=dword:00000000
