    You mean this info:

    Caption : AMD64 Family 16 Model 6 Stepping 3
    DeviceID : CPU0
    Manufacturer : AuthenticAMD
    MaxClockSpeed : 2400
    Name : AMD Turion(tm) II P540 Dual-Core Processor
    SocketDesignation : Socket S1G4

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 8.712.1.2000

Thanks bro67 but i have already tried those drivers. I would like to get this laptop to work again with the original hp drivers and how it worked in 16.09. Or at least to get the 5650 gpu to work. But i believe only microsoft could provide some kind of fix to get the drivers work again. It would be nice if they fix it someday but for now i just have to use older windows. But thanks for the help

This is a trial and error step.
Turn off / on core isolation memory to see if it has any impact:

I do not have virtualization enabled or even uefi so that core isolation thing does not help. I have used ddu to clean old drivers. I just got error code 43.

I also now have problems with hp 15-n221so with dual gpu drivers. They also give code 43 now. They worked fine in 18.09 version. But i have not yet tried other drivers, so i might get it working again when i have time for it.

You never know what happens when you install new win10 version.

There are log collectors used in another forum.
Run both V2 and DM and upload the results into this thread:

The logs were in a foreign and could not be scanned,
Please change the default language to English so that the logs can be scanned and read:

    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/...dows-10-a.html

In the left lower corner search type: msinfo32 > allow 15 - 30 minutes for it to fully load > save as NFO > post a share link into the thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive

    1) Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste:
    2) sfc /scannow
    3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
    4) chkdsk /scan
    5) wmic recoveros set autoreboot = false
    6) When these have completed > right click on the top bar or title bar of the administrative command prompt box > left click on edit then select all > right click on the top bar again > left click on edit then copy > paste into the thread
