It looks like the machine has an x1 slot and an x16 slot. Is there a reason you can't those instead of a PCI slot?

PCI can only support a maximum of 133MB/s of throughput. PCIe 2.0 can support 500MB/s per lane. Uncompressed 8-bit 4K data at 30fps is 3840x2160x30x8 = 250MB/s. So even if a 4K PCI card existed, it would have a hard time pushing 4K video.

It's still unclear to me what slots you are currently using and what slots you want to use.

I now see, I thought that the pci in the picture (white slot) would do more because it's bigger. and that little black one is pCIe1 is what I can us for a graphics card? right?

    Yes, though I only found one low-profile PCIe x1 card - https://www.amazon.com/ZOTAC-GeForce.../dp/B01E9Z2D60

The GT710 is a low-end GPU so hopefully you won't plan on gaming with this machine.

no gaming. I have a 240 watt PS and this Power Requirement: 300-watt .. do you think it'll work?

The card itself only uses 25W so it's probably ok assuming that your only storage is that one SSD and you don't have a ton of other devices plugged in.

You will have to put the SSD on one of the SATA ports and the GPU on x16 Pcie slot.
