OK, fix everything I mentioned above, then post another shot of Disk Management, it shouldn`t take but a few minutes.

I`ll time you....... Ready and Go

Good news, most of my partitions show up in Storage after I deleted the letter associated to System Reserved, yay! Bad news, trying to switch my drives on MOBO prevented me from booting into windows. So I reverted the wires to what they were. (After trying to figure out why my PC kept rebooting by itself before POST, I probably unplugged either a RAM stick or PSU power, woops.)

EDIT: Somehow they won't show up anymore, sigh.

That`s because your system files are on the D partition. This happens when Windows is installed without unplugging all other drives. Did you do that ?

The system files need to be written to the System Reserved partition.

Run a Startup Repair with only the windows drive plugged in.

It should work fine because the SR partition is already marked Active, but, it does not always work.

I always installed Windows without unplugging my other drives, oops. I'll fix that tomorrow.

In Disk Management, highlight the System Reserved Partition (G: ) and choose Change Drive letters or Paths, pus the Remove button to remove the Drive Letter.
Shut down the computer and open side and switch the location of the SATA Data cables for 120GTB Windows drive with the 1TB Storage drive, swap where they are plugged into on the motherboard,

Okay so, a lot happened since last night. Somehow I couldn't boot into Windows so I had to do a Start-up repair but it couldn't fix the problem so I had to format. I'm on a fresh Windows now and my drives still won't show up in Storage. I did manage to swap my wires on my motherboard. I also installed Windows with only my SSD plugged in. I've attached screenshots of Explorer and Disk Management.

    These are just a W.A.G :)
    1. Check services and see if Storage Service is running (default is manual/trigger).
    2. Disk D: being almost full maybe (yea, makes no sense, but ....)
    3. Try and change the driver letters to say I, J, K using disk management.

Glad you got it sorted out :)

If you change it back to F, do they disappear again ?
